There are also many guides and stickies on the forum which you can gain most your answers from, or you can simply search the forum to see if your question has already been answered.

They provide us with Fraud Prevention solutions to help keep our advertisers and sponsors with quality traffic, and to verify your account information is legitimate. If you are trying to verify your account, (information in the member area as well, after requesting a prize for the first time).
Simply call the fraud prevention number for your country from the list below, in some countries you may have to add a 0 in front of the number when dialing it. It will prompt you for a site number upon calling the local access number, simply enter our site number of 546. Again the numbers below are simply fraud prevention numbers.
